Photo Center is a software that is downloaded and ran from your home computer. It only works with a PC computer (sorry Mac users). The first thing that needs to be completed is to download the Photo Center software to your local hard drive. Click on this link. You can select run or save to your hard drive. If you select run the program will automatically install. If you prefer to download a zipped file use this zipped link. This must be unzipped and then the .exe file double clicked to install on your computer Once you start the install , enter store 1480 for the Albion location . You must be connected on the internet to be connected to Good Life Photo. On the welcome screen you can choose "add new photos". You can browse your computer folders to find your pictures. Photos must be in a .jpg format to work with our online software and printer. Once you have found the folder that contains your photos choose Select Folder. You can at this time select all images or check on each image you would like to print at Good Life Photo. Choose Muli-Select at the top of the screen to select more than one image, or hold down the CTRL key while making your selections. To scroll down to see additional photos, use the slider on the bottom of the screen. Once you have selected all your photos, click on Print at Store. The next screen will ask if you want the same size print for each of the photos or if you want to make different sizes for each print selected. For example, if some images you want a 4x6 size and others you want a 5x7 size then you would select Choose for Each. If you want the same size for all prints select Choose for All. Then click on continue to next step. If you choose Choose for All you will be taken to the product screen where you can choose your print size, followed by the options for Matte/glossy, border or borderless, and color/sepia/bw . If you choose Choose for Each you will be taken to your first photo. On this screen you will asked to select your product type. The Add a Product will be blinking in the left hand side of the screen. At any time you can return to the previous screen or remove a photo. After you have selected your product you will be taken to the next screen that asked for Matte/glossy, border or borderless, and color/sepia/bw options. Click next when you have your options selected. The next screen will ask how many prints you want for this photo. Click Continue to Next Step, where you will be asked if you would like to apply these selections to all your photos or only this photo. If you select Choose for Each then the next screen will be your current photo you are working on. You can edit your photo here (crop, rotate, reduce red eye, ect). Click on Next Picture at the top right hand side of the screen to be taken to your next photo. Repeat the steps for each photo. When you are finished you will select I'm Done. And click Continue to Next Step until you option for shipping is available. If you are a local customer, select pickup. ***It may take several minutes to hours for upload to occur. You must leave the program running while this upload is happening. The speed of upload depends on your upload internet speed. Remember the Photo Center program must be left open on your computer to allow the files to upload (it can be minimized). For example if you are sending in 50 or more photos, it may take up to 2-3 hours to upload.) Fill in the shipping address information, including email address, and phone number. The next screen gives options if you want to send the order to Good Life Photos (via the internet), burn a CD copy to take to Good Life or burn a copy to a card to take to Good Life. After you make your selection, click on Continue to Next Step. A copy of your receipt can be printed on your home printer. Please bring this to the lab if you are picking up your prints. You will see in the top right hand corner that the order is being sent (if your selection was via the internet). To verify the order you can click on My Orders, on the library or opening page.
